For large business

For large companies and platforms

When you work with hundreds of contractors, the question is not how to pay them. It is how to close payouts, documents and tax every month without manual work and without exposing the company. AKJET takes that process over and plugs into your system.

Integration

The platform fits into your process instead of forcing you to rebuild it. Payouts are triggered from your own system and your staff stay in the interface they already use.

Payouts from your system

The register reaches the platform automatically. Your team does not have to open a separate web office and re-key data by hand.

Test environment

A separate environment where the integration can be built, checked and reworked without touching live data or real money.

Under your brand

If the platform needs to look like your own product, White-Label is available: your colours and logo in the contractor app.

Support during rollout

We hand over technical documentation, access and help at the start of the project rather than leaving you to work it out alone.

Bulk payouts

One register, hundreds of contractors. The platform checks every line before the money moves.

The whole register at once

Upload a file or send the register from your system — payouts go through as a single operation rather than person by person.

Checks before payment

For every line the platform verifies self-employed status and the type of activity against the list in Decree No. 994.

Tax without an accountant

The 4% single payment is withheld and remitted by the platform. The company does not calculate or pay it separately.

Money on cards

Contractors receive payouts on their cards, with no office visits and no paper payrolls.

Registers and reporting

Everything the platform has processed can be pulled back as lists — in the form accounting and internal control actually need.

Export for any period

A register can be assembled by date, by specific contractors or by payment state — for reconciliation and reporting.

Documents in bulk

Contracts, acts and receipts download as an archive rather than one file at a time. No assembling sets by hand.

Figures land in your books

Exports feed into your accounting system, so the numbers in your reporting and on the platform match.

Transparency

In a process covering hundreds of people something always goes wrong. What matters is seeing it immediately rather than at month end.

Every line is visible

For any payout you can tell whether it went through, is waiting on an action, or ended in an error. No phone calls needed.

Problems surface at once

If a line fails, it shows up in the register with the reason — you can fix and retry it without combing through the whole list.

Reconciliation adds up

Each payout carries your own internal identifier, so the platform register and your system match line for line.

Roles and access

Permissions are configured around your company structure during implementation: who onboards contractors, who launches payouts, who only views registers and downloads documents. We settle this before go-live, not after.

Security

Only what can be verified: where the data sits, who can reach it, and how documents are signed.

Data stays in Kazakhstan

Personal data is stored and processed on servers in Kazakhstan. Article 12 of the law On Personal Data and Its Protection requires it to be held in a database located within the republic.

Protected exchange

Data moves between your system and the platform over a secure channel only; access is time-limited and revocable.

Card details are closed

A contractor’s card number is never shown in full — neither in the interface nor in exports.

Consent signed digitally

The contractor’s consent to personal data processing is signed electronically and kept as a document you can produce on request.

Pilot

The sequence is the same for everyone: the test environment first, then a limited group of contractors in production, and only then scale. Volume, timing and terms are agreed case by case.

  1. Mapping the processWho the contractors are, how often payouts run, what documents accounting needs, and who signs off.
  2. Access to the test environmentA place to build the integration and make mistakes without consequences for money or data.
  3. End-to-end scenarioContractor, contract, act, receipt, payout and reconciliation — the whole path, but in test.
  4. A limited group in productionReal payouts to a small group: documents, tax and exports checked against live data.
  5. Review and scale-upWe look at what stalled and why, then move the remaining volume onto the platform.

What we need from you

A short list of what we ask you to prepare. It does not change from company to company.

Accounting and legal side

An integration is only worth doing if accounting ends up with documents an inspection will accept. So this side is closed out alongside the technical one.

A set for every payout

Contract, act and e-Salyq receipt. This set substantiates the expense and preserves the corporate income tax deduction.

Documents signed online

Contract, act and data processing consent are signed through eGov Mobile with a digital signature. Under Kazakh law such a document carries the same force as a paper one.

Limits are tracked

The platform tracks how close a contractor is to 300 MCI per month and 3,600 MCI per year. In 2026 the MCI is 4,325 ₸.

Activity types are checked

We check whether the contractor’s activity appears in the list approved by Decree No. 994.

Discuss a pilot

Tell us how many contractors you have and how payouts work today. We will get in touch, map the process and show what can move to the platform.
