Leave a request — we open a company account and set up access. Then you invite contractors: they confirm their self-employed status through e-Salyq Business, after which you can create tasks and make payouts. No separate visits to the tax office or paper contracts are required.
A contractor on the special tax regime pays a single 4% payment (0% income tax plus mandatory social contributions). When paying through AKJET, this amount is withheld and remitted automatically for every transaction, and the e-Salyq Business receipt is generated without the contractor's involvement. No manual calculations or reminders about deadlines are needed.
AKJET is not a contractor marketplace: we do not source people or provide a ready database. You onboard those you already work with or have found yourself, and the platform handles paperwork, status checks, payouts and documents. Onboarding one contractor takes a few minutes.
The receipt is a mandatory closing document, and the self-employed person generates it themselves in e-Salyq Business. On the platform this happens automatically with every payout: the receipt is linked to the task and the act and stored in the company account. There is no need to request it from the contractor separately.
Self-employed status is confirmed through e-Salyq. AKJET checks it automatically before every payout: if the status is inactive or the type of activity is not in the list under Government Decree No. 994, the payout is not processed. The platform also tracks how close a contractor is to the limits of 300 MCI per month and 3,600 MCI per year.
The main risk is a civil-law contract being deemed an employment contract: from 8 June 2026, Article 26 of the Labour Code directly prohibits disguising employment relationships. The platform helps build a correct model: the subject of the contract describes a result rather than a process, every payout has an act and a receipt, and the contractor's status is confirmed on the transaction date. This does not remove the company's responsibility, but it closes the typical claims.

Electronically. The contract, the act and the consent to personal-data processing are signed online via eGov Mobile using a digital signature. Under Kazakhstan law, an electronic document signed with a digital signature has the same legal force as a paper one with a handwritten signature.
